Welcome

We enter our 21st year with a new look and this new website.

It has been suggested to us that 21 years under the same name and ownership is something of a rarity in the New Zealand travel industry. The external scene is much changed  since we opened our doors in Auckland’s Herne Bay in April 1985. It was common-place for travel agents to be (primarily airline) supplier driven. Our roots were in John Gore’s belief that there was a place for a travel agent focused on client needs instead. The challenge has been to adapt and survive while keeping that core objective intact. We are proud to retain clients from those earliest days, and to be able to reflect that the business has grown primarily through personal referrals.

“Travel management for frequent travellers” sets out our intent to be both pro-active and responsive to your travel well-being. This website will be a key part of how we demonstrate that commitment.

From our side, we will keep you informed with “Travel News You Can Use” and brief you on things happening within the office. We will also share our own travel experiences with you. “Travellers Tales” now invites you to do the same, and have some fun with us along the way.
